In 2005, the state of North Carolina tried to give Tim Johnson the death penalty in a Wake County capital trial. The jury voted for life in prison instead of death. These are two photos of the state's prosecutor giving her closing argument to the jury as to why Tim Johnson should be killed in retaliation for his crime of murder.
